On-line reservations are available:
Rafting : 22 hours before a trip
Kayak/canoe rentals : 18 hours before a trip
Shenandoah mellow & Potomac whitewater tubing: 1 hour before a trip
Potomac mellow tubing with snack: 18 hours before a trip
Park & Paddle: 18 hours before a trip
Reservations may be made by phone at anytime based on availability. - Outdoor or ventilated check-in will be used as much as possible. Our four check-in locations allow for less people in one area!
- Hand sanitizer will be available for guests at different locations.

- Rafting Specifics:
Our rafting trips are now open to parties of any size. Rafts will be filled with 4-6 people/boat plus a guide. Our single inflatable kayak or ducky option is available. - Tubing Trips:
Weekday trips are advised as lower traffic times for Shenandoah Mellow Tubing(especially) & Harpers Ferry Whitewater Tubing. - All Trips:
We are following current CDC guidelines requesting that those that are unvaccinated please wear a mask during check-in or in our buildings. - Face masks are currently required in all shuttle vehicles. Windows are and can be opened for ventilation.
- Guests must have a watertight bag that will hold their face masks during their river trip.
- All personal equipment will be cleaned after each use. This includes PFDs & helmets

- Cleaning products will be used on personal equipment, in buildings, porta johns, and bathhouses that are effective against the corona virus.
